All emails related to town government must be sent through the town’s website. You can email the entire town council, but please note that you may not get a response unless you ask for one. We get a lot of group emails and the responsibility for answering may fall more naturally on some particular councilor who is interested in the issue that you raise.
Of course you can always email individual councilors directly if you have a specific inquiry. Each councilor’s email address is available on the town website.
Please know that ALL emails to the town council, or to individual councilors on town business, are public records and will be archived as all town correspondence is. In addition, according to town council protocols, all emails to the whole council are copied to the town manager’s office and to local media outlets who have requested to be on the list (at this point The Times Record and The Forecaster automatically receive copies of all emails to the town council).
